  • 500g     Stewing Beef from West Grey Farms
  • 1 can    Guinness Beer
  • 100ml   Red Wine
  • 1           Garlic Clove
  • 1           Onion
  • 1           Carrot
  • 1           Celery
  • 4           Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1           Spring of Thyme
  • 2           Bay Leaves

Vegetarian Option: Meat replaced with Portobello Mushrooms.
