SAURKRAUT & MUSHROOM FILLING – Makes 3 cups:
Fermented Cabbage with Sautéed Mushrooms & Onions

  • 750ml       Sauerkraut
  • 1                 Yellow Onion
  • 225g          Sliced Mushrooms
  • 12g             Breadcrumbs
  • 120ml        Sour Cream
  • 1 bunch     Parsley (for serving)

CUCUMBER SALAD (Polish Mizeria)
Thinly sliced cucumbers with a hint of sour lemon.
