MARIA ROZYNSKA | POLAND/IRELAND/ITALY
Having lived in Poland, Ireland and Italy, founder and owner of Just Be Cooking Maria Rozynska has immersed herself in all things cultural. She grew up in an environment where great food and great music was the norm, and ever since 2010 she's been hosting adult & kids cooking workshops, supper clubs & special events all across Toronto. Since opening her cooking school in 2017, Maria has had the opportunity to work alongside with many chefs & musicians eager to share their heritage with her audience. Her goal has always been the same; get as many people around the table as possible. Because, at the end of the day, regardless of culture, all we want is the same thing: good food and good music to feed our soul.
DORIS FIN | RUSSIA
Global Chef Doris Fin has educated her palate and refined her skills for nearly two decades. With her Russian roots, she specializes in plant-based (mostly plants, not plant-only) culinary arts, caters retreats and teaches interactive culinary classes, while encouraging people to support locals and inspire them to cook their own meals. www.chefdorisfin.com
