One bite of Chocoflan Impossible Cake will leave you believing in the Impossible! A double layered cake covered with Cajeta caramel sauce, it has the look of a cake you slaved over all day, even though it's surprisingly fun and easy to make! It is like no other cake you will ever eat.
Chef Erika is excited to share the secrets for making the impossible cake, possible!
What you will learn:
A light dinner will be served at the end of the class prepared by the chef. And for dessert? Chocoflan Impossible Cake of course!
A live musical performance by local Mexican musicians will accompany the dinner.
Each workshop lasts approximately 3 hours. This includes the Cooking Class, Communal Meal and Live Music. We always start on time so make sure to give yourself some extra time for parking, walking over, etc.
FOUR different desserts from FOUR different cultures will be learned by the end of the month! Printed recipes will be provided as well as leftovers to take home and of course memories to last a lifetime.
