Join Chef Doris Fin as she guides you through the Farmer's Market experience at Wychwood Barns.
Discover the flavors of Ontario and meet and understand why farmers love to grow and take care of their land. After choosing a selection of ingredients, guests will head to the culinary school nearby & dive into cooking the treasures they freshly picked. Focus will be on Gluten Free & Vegan dishes, with guests welcome to incorporate their own non-vegan market bought ingredients if they wish.
