Feb. 25th is National Pączki Day!! And WHAT better way to celebrate than with a Pączki Baking Class!
In this fun, hands-on workshop, Maria Rozynska, founder and owner of Just Be Cooking, will guide guests through the process of making their very own classic Polish pączki. Guests will learn how to make the pączki dough, roll it, fry it and fill it with classic Rose Hip jelly.
A light Polish non-meat supper will be provided by Maria following the workshop. And for dessert? Pączki ofcourse! 🙂
Singing while making food, or indeed during any work, is a deeply Polish tradition so while we work Maria will sing a traditional folk song or two!
Each workshop lasts approximately 3 hours. We always start on time so make sure to give yourself some extra time for parking, walking over, etc.
In the spirit of being green, please bring containers for leftovers. We can also package.
A snack is provided upon guests arrival, in addition to the light meal we will enjoy at the end of the class, along with our pączki!
