In this fun, hands-on workshop, Chef Maria Rozynska, Founder and Owner of Just Be Cooking, will lead you through the process of making traditional Polish baszcz (beet soup) and uszka (dumplings) from scratch!
All cooking tools and ingredients will be provided.
The workshop will culminate with a communal meal where guests will get to try their creations in class, with extra sides made by Chef Maria.
Singing while making food, or indeed during any work, is a deeply Polish tradition so while we work, Maria will sing a traditional folk song or two!
Each workshop lasts approximately 3 hours. This includes the communal meal and Live music. We always start on time so make sure to give yourself some extra time for parking, walking over, etc.
