Pre-made sweet and savory fillings will be used to fill the blini. There will also be a Special Demo on how to make Rum Balls, a recipe passed down from Doris's great-grandmother.
A Prize will be awarded to the best one!
A communal meal follows where guests will savour their creations with extra traditional Russian veg. dishes Prepared by Chef Doris.
While guests eat, a Live performance will take center stage by Russian musician Ekaterina singing songs from her roots, accompanied by Ukrainian talent Stacey Yerofeyeva on accordion. Both musicians are members of the all-female Balkan band Blisk! It's bound to be a treat!
