Our Venues

Each of our venues has a distinct character and style.

THE DEPANNEUR
1033 College Street, Toronto
College & Ossington
The Depanneur is a delightfully informal and charming venue downtown, just east of College & Dufferin. Founded in 2011 by Len Senater, it is a very special place to Maria - it's where she hosted her first workshops and drop-in dinners!
Len is a superb host and a great person to know; he also hosts and helps organize events for the charity Newcomer Kitchen, which invites Syrian refugee women to cook a weekly meal in their kitchen. The proceeds are shared among the cooks, empowering them as women, cooks and providers for their families.

PARKING
There is decent street parking in the general area (always check the street signs!). If you don't mind a solid 15min walk then you can also park at either Dufferin Mall or the 'Green P' lot down south, at Ossington & Dundas St. West.

TTC STREETCAR
The #506 Streetcar ("Carlton") stops immediately adjacent to Batifole.
201 Weston Rd.
Weston Rd & St. Clair Ave. West.
A modern, stylish event space for workshops, corporate events, catering & special occasions.
Run by Vanessa Yeung, this lovely venue is tucked in behind off Weston Rd. The older exterior does not do the inside true justice - it is a delight, easily fits 25 guests and has excellent acoustics for live music.
